该机引进国内外选取技术，精心研制而成。广泛适用于各种橡胶、合成橡胶、塑料等其他物料的粉体加工。

The machine is composed of two comminution devices,cyclone collection unit and whole set of electric devices.The main unit includes machine structrue,main motor ,enndless gear motor,feeding unit,adjusting unit as well as a pair of active and fixed grinding pans,With relative motion of the two grinding pans,the materials are cut and milled into granules.The air-cooling and water-collong systems are epuipped to effectively control the comminution tempreture and guarantee the granule quality.The feeding unit is adjustable according to different types of materials,so as to meet the satisfaction of best quality.
The machine has the character istics of ciose structure,low noise,large production capactity,low power cumption,easy operation,convenient dismounting,no pollution and even granule sizes.
二、结构原理：
该机由两台粉碎主机、旋风收集机构、整套电机等组成。主机由机架、主电机、送料机构、调节机构及一对动磨盘和定磨盘等。其基本原理为通过两盘的相对运动，将物料剪切、碾磨而达到粉碎的目的。采用风、水冷却有效的控制粉碎温度，确保被粉碎物料之质量。送料机构选用无极变速，可根据不同物料，调节相应的进料速度，从而达到的产品的要求。
